Synchronous
A synchronous product is a training activity that takes place on a scheduled date and time.

Synchronous activities may include features such as limited capacity, waiting lists, certificates, and automated reminders.
They can also be configured with different event types to support various training formats:

An online event type is a synchronous activity delivered virtually at a scheduled date and time.
For example, Introduction to Microsoft Excel, a 4-hour training session scheduled for June 1st, via Zoom.
2- In-person
An in-person event type is a synchronous training activity delivered onsite at a scheduled date and time.
For example, Introduction to Microsoft Excel, a 4-hour training session scheduled for June 1st, at ABC inc’s office located at 123 ABC Street, Montreal.

4- Multiple sessions
A multiple sessions event type is a training activity divided into several sessions grouped together within a specific set.
For example, Microsoft Excel Advanced could be offered as a 16-hour training course divided into four 4-hour sessions. Users can register for a predefined set of sessions or choose from multiple available session sets.
Option 1: September 3, 4, 5, 6 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, via Zoom
Option 2: October 10, 11, 12, 13, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at ABC Inc.’s office
